The rules for using Nightfall Syndicate projects and services.
Misuse can result in removal or blacklisting. Protected code and branding may not be copied or turned into another bot without express permission from Dark_Martha.

By accessing or using a website, Discord bot, hosted service, tool, download, API, or other project provided by Dark_Martha or Nightfall Syndicate, you agree to these Terms of Service and any project-specific rules shown to you. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service or project.
You may use Nightfall Syndicate projects only for lawful purposes and in a way that follows the rules of the platforms involved. You must not use a project to harass others, distribute malware, attack infrastructure, evade platform enforcement, spam, scam, impersonate people, bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with normal operation, or cause harm to users, communities, platforms, or services.
Misuse of a Nightfall Syndicate project may result in warnings, feature restrictions, removal of access, removal of the bot from a server, suspension, or blacklisting from current and future services. Serious or repeated misuse may also be reported to Discord or another relevant platform where appropriate. Access to a project is a privilege, not a guarantee, and may be revoked when necessary to protect the project, its users, or connected services.
Server owners and authorised staff are responsible for configuring bot permissions, moderation settings, logging, tickets, role access, automations, and other server-specific features appropriately. You must not deliberately use the bot to exceed the authority you have been given inside a server or to bypass server, Discord, or project restrictions.
Commands and automated features may be changed, limited, disabled, renamed, rebuilt, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time. Maintenance, hosting problems, third-party outages, API changes, permission changes, or software defects may temporarily or permanently affect availability. No uptime or feature-preservation guarantee is provided unless Dark_Martha gives a separate written agreement.
The original code, private source, project structure, branding, names, graphics, documentation, and other protected materials created by Dark_Martha or Nightfall Syndicate remain their property unless a specific file or repository clearly states a different licence. You may not copy, steal, reupload, redistribute, sell, fork, rebrand, host, mirror, or use protected project code to create your own bot or competing service without express permission from Dark_Martha. The EULA provides additional software-licence terms.
Projects may depend on Discord, GitHub, hosting providers, APIs, game stores, social platforms, or other third-party services. You are responsible for following the rules and terms of those services. Dark_Martha and Nightfall Syndicate are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account actions, API restrictions, or content outside their control.
When you voluntarily submit feedback, bug reports, support messages, evidence, issue comments, pull requests, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. You allow Dark_Martha and Nightfall Syndicate to use that material as reasonably necessary to operate, investigate, support, document, secure, debug, and improve the relevant project.
Use of Nightfall Syndicate services is also subject to the Privacy Policy published on this website. Server owners should make their own members aware when they enable logging, moderation, transcripts, activity tracking, or other features that process server information.
Projects are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark_Martha and Nightfall Syndicate make no guarantee that a project will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every setup, or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark_Martha and Nightfall Syndicate are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, downtime, account actions, server configuration problems, corrupted files, third-party platform actions, or other losses arising from use of or inability to use a project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms may be updated as projects and services change. The current version published on this website applies from the date shown below. Failure to enforce a term immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
