The licence rules for Nightfall Syndicate software and bot projects.
Protected code may not be copied, reuploaded, redistributed, sold, forked, rebranded, hosted, or used to make another bot without express permission from Dark_Martha.

This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) applies to software, Discord bots, hosted bot access, downloads, private source code, builds, modules, assets, and related software materials provided by Dark_Martha or Nightfall Syndicate. By installing, accessing, using, receiving, or operating covered software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Covered software is licensed, not sold. Dark_Martha and Nightfall Syndicate retain all rights, title, and interest in original private code, project architecture, modules, branding, documentation, assets, and other protected materials unless a specific file or repository expressly states a different licence.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software only for its intended purpose and only while you comply with this EULA, the Terms of Service, platform rules, and any project-specific conditions. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, steal, scrape, obtain without authorisation, reupload, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, fork, mirror, rebrand, host, or otherwise reuse protected Nightfall Syndicate code or substantial parts of it to make your own bot, service, product, or derivative project without express permission from Dark_Martha.
Access to a bot or service does not grant permission to obtain or use its source code. You may not remove ownership notices, falsely claim authorship, present the software as your own, share private source with unauthorised people, or use leaked, copied, or improperly obtained code. Restrictions do not apply where a specific component has been released under a separate written open-source licence, in which case that licence controls that component.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass technical protections, or otherwise attempt to reproduce protected software except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly gives you a right that cannot be waived. You may not use testing, scraping, automation, or access to the service as a way to clone protected functionality or private implementation details.
Misuse of the software immediately puts your licence at risk. Dark_Martha may suspend or terminate access, remove the bot from a server, revoke permission to use the software, and blacklist users, accounts, or communities from current or future Nightfall Syndicate services. Serious violations, including stolen code, malicious use, or platform abuse, may also be reported to Discord or another relevant platform where appropriate.
The software may be updated, modified, replaced, restricted, or discontinued at any time. This licence does not guarantee access to future versions, source code, support, compatibility, hosting, or continued operation of any feature.
Some projects may include third-party libraries, APIs, services, or code governed by their own licences and terms. Those third-party terms apply to their respective components and are not replaced by this EULA.
The software is provided as is and as available, without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Use of the software is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark_Martha and Nightfall Syndicate are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, downtime, lost profits, server issues, account actions, or third-party platform decisions arising from the software. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
When this licence ends, you must stop using covered software and, where applicable, delete unauthorised copies in your possession or control. Termination does not remove obligations relating to ownership, confidentiality, prohibited copying, or liability for earlier violations.
Permission to copy, reuse, redistribute, host, modify, or build from protected Nightfall Syndicate code must be obtained expressly from Dark_Martha.
